Guess where we are going??

We are so excited!!! Easton loves to watch Playhouse Disney everyday. Plus all the Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse shows are saved on our DVR. We watch them at least 5 times a day!! Mason has learned to say "hanny" ! We are also meeting Bryan, Meghan and BryLee there, it will be so good to get to see them! It is going to be so much fun for the kids. What parents won't do to see their kids happy?! Just kidding Justin is more excited than anyone to go and see Goofy do the "Hot Dog" dance!!!

Sunday Fun...

I haven't posted pictures in over a week, so we finally got around to it today... We decided to get out and go help feed the cows. It wasn't really that cold outside, but it was so muddy that we had to ride fourwheelers down. Justin built Easton a little hayfort. Easton thought that was pretty cool. When I suggested that we have my dad take a picture of all of us, Easton instantly suggested we all climb inside the hayfort!! The boys had fun getting out, and it is always a good laugh watching Mason try to walk around like a marshmallow!!

Future Missionaries??

I have been wanting to buy the boys white shirts and ties for quite awhile now. We finally did it, and they look so stinking cute in them. They really do remind me of a missionary (minus the name tag). So I coudn't resist making a missionary page. Easton loves talking about Erik on his mission, and what he is doing!! I think they look adorable! But then again, I am their mom!

Best Friends

Here is even more evidence that my boys are best friends. They love doing everything together. Lately they love to play with play dough and sit in the rocking chair when the massaging pad is on it! It is so funny how they just laugh and laugh. I always catch Easton telling Mason things. He tries to have conversations with him, but in Eastons words, "He don't talk yet."! How fun is it going to be when Mason can talk and I can listen to their conversations?!!?

Happy New Year!

We took the boys to Kiddie Kandids to get their yearly pictures done. They turned out really cute, so I put them as my new header. Easton did such a good job getting his pictures done, he smiled really big, and held very still, and did exactly what the photographer told him to do. Mason on the other hand, was horrified of the flash of light that goes off when they take the picture. Luckily we took the one of them together first, because he was freaking out for the other ones. We finally just called it good, and used what we got. He isn't really smiling, but I still think that it captures his personality. He gets that smirk on his face all the time! The boys are getting to be so much fun, the older they get. Mason is starting to love to wrestle with Easton. I keep telling Easton that he better take advantage of being able to pin Mason because pretty soon Mason is going to be a lot bigger than Easton. It is so funny because Mason just squeals when he gets Easton down, and then he starts pinching skin, pulling hair, and bouncing on Easton. I love that they are best friends,
and love doing things together.
I got a new bridle for Christmas. I love it! It is so pretty! I had to go and try it on a few different horses. While I had one bridled I decided I might as well go for a ride bareback. It was fun, and I even got Justin to hop on for a few minutes and try out the new bridle. Thanks Mom and Dad, I love it!
Here is a picture of Erik's Missionary tree with the December/Christmas decorations on it!
This used to be my header, but I didn't want it off my blog completely so it is a little bit out of order!

Sledding and Christmas

We have received so much snow. We had to buy and give the boys their snowsuits early this year. We just couldn't make them wait until Christmas to get them out!! Justin loved them because they look like snowmobile suits. I love that they are warm, and that when Mason has his on, he can't even walk. He just falls over and screams "owie"!! Both boys are so brave, and dare to go down the hills by themselves. I think we have been sledding everyday for the last 5 days. Hopefully the snow will last!
Christmas was wonderful!! We didn't open presents this year until after 10:00. Erik called around nine, so we spent an hour talking to him. It was so great to hear from him, and he sounds so grown up!! I miss my brother so much!! He even got to talk to Easton and Mason. Usually when you give Mason the phone he just laughs. But for some reason he decided to say "hi"! It was so cute. So once Easton and Mason saw the Power Wheels they didn't care about anything else. I told Easton, "don't you want to open all of these presents?" He said "no, I'll just drive this and you can open them!". I then told him that the battery wasn't charged yet, and he replied, "that's okay, I'll just pretend!"! Funny kid. Both of them were so overwhelmed that opening was pretty much an entire day ordeal. I think we finally finished going through stockings and everything at about 9:30 that night!! We would open things, then play with them, then go back and open more!! It was so much fun. It's nice to have new toys to keep the boys entertained.
We took the power wheels outside but there is too much snow. It just spins it's wheels!! We tried putting weight in the back but that didn't help. If Justin pushed it then it would go. Guess we'll have to find somewhere else to drive it or wait until spring! Easton decided he wanted Annie to go for a ride. She didn't seem to mind!

A Very Eventful Day

This week Easton celebrated his 3rd birthday! I just can't believe my little boy is growing up. I decided to have a construction party for him, because he is so into building things. Plus I loved how easy this cake was to make. We had a birthday party with the cousins, and Easton had so much fun! I think his favorite gift was from my mom and dad. It was a construction set, with a tool belt, hardhat, goggles, suspenders, and all the tools! He loves wearing it, and is constantly asking me to help him put it on. He looks so stinking cute in it. We love you so much Easton. You bring so much joy and happiness into our home. You're smile is so contagious! We love you!
Later on that night the town had a Christmas Celebration. Easton had talked for weeks about going and seeing Santa and sitting on his lap. (Honestly I thought he would chicken out) After waiting a very long time it was his turn. Santa sat him on his leg, and immediately Easton started naming off the toys he wants on his fingers. It caught Santa a little bit by surprise. I decided to try and get Mason in on the action, but he wasn't into that idea!
