We're in Trouble

Funny Story...
Today while I was at work my dad was watching the boys. They were playing in the tee-pee that is set up. My dad was laying on a cot watching the boys play. Pretty soon they started pretending that my dad was hungry and started to feed him pretend food. My dad kept playing along and would let them "feed" him. They brought him "hamburgers, hot dogs, pop, and watermelon"! Well soon Mason comes up to feed him whatever his invention is. My dad opens his mouth, and Mason dumps in a handful of DIRT!! My dad said he was spitting out mud for a long time! Where does a 1 year old come up with the stuff?? What am I going to do with him? You can just see the mischief in his eyes at all times! I think we are going to have our hands full with this little one!

Hogle Zoo

We finally found a day to do a little trip. We took the boys to Hogle Zoo. It was SO much fun! Easton has been waiting for a long time to be able to ride the train, so we made him wait to do that last. We first went to the bird show, and the talking parrot freaked Easton out. Mason also hated the birds flying over our heads! The boys loved seeing all the animals and really loved the new baby giraffe. It was a perfect day. There were not many people there, and it was early enough in the morning that the animals were really active and close. We had a lot of fun and I really can't wait to take Easton and Mason back!
This picture doesn't have anything to do with the zoo. Easton headed in to go the bathroom and was gone for awhile. I poked my head around the corner and found this! Couldn't resist taking a picture of it. I asked what he was doing, and he said, "reading a book!" Like DUH!

Good Times

This past week was our County Fair. I have always enjoyed going to this, mostly because of the social part when I was younger, but this year I was so excited to be able to take the boys to do the things that I loved! We went over pretty much every day and ate all the yummy food. Easton loved getting Slushies, so that was pretty much a daily occurrence. We enjoyed looking at the displays, seeing what the vendors were trying to sale, playing on the blow-up toys, watching the different entertainment, spending time with family, watching the parade, and eating way way too much! The last night of the fair there was a free concert. It was so fun to go and watch Emerson Drive. Mason absolutely loved it, and was dancing up a storm! I think he enjoyed it as much as anyone else. It was an awesome week, and once again, I am sooo thankful for my little family and the memories that we share together. I love them so much.
This is my cousin's little girl. She is a doll!
I need to add a few more things to the picture, but I love it like this too!

Jordyn

Justin's cousin JeriLynn sent some picture for me to edit! They are of her daughter Jordyn's 3rd birthday. They took her to Hogle Zoo and got some cute pictures of her petting the tortise. I loved editing them and playing with the different red colors in her outfit! Thanks Jeri for letting my edit these, Jordyn is a doll!

Easton and Mason can be the best of friends... sometimes... Lately Mason does everything that Easton does. I keep waiting to hear, "Mason quit copying me!" I haven't heard it yet! The other day I caught them watching cartoons on my computer and of course Mason is acting just like his big brother!Justin and I took the boys to a local splash pad. It is a lot of fun for them, and nice for us because it is free! Mason isn't quite as adventurous as Easton, but they both have tons of fun!
