Christmas Break

We had an awesome Christmas this year. I have been couponing for over a year now, and have been saving up for Christmas. I was so excited to use all the credit I have earned from Amazon. I ended up getting $125.00 in free presents! Everything else I got was on sale. I kept feeling like we needed to buy more because we really hadn't spent any money. It was so awesome!!
Easton and Mason didn't decide what they wanted until 2 days before Christmas. UGH! Luckily Amazon had free over-night shipping!
It took us a good 3 hours to get everything wrapped and set out. Christmas morning we actually had to wake the boys up:). As the boys walked out into the front room Easton exclaimed, "Oh my stinking goodness!" It was so funny! They tore through things quickly and were really happy for what they got! I didn't take many pictures. I got a new video camera so I was using it. I tried to get Mason to look at me, and this is what I got....
Easton gave Mason a Doctor Set. This is the glasses that came with it...
This is what we look like after wrapping presents all night... :)
Later that afternoon we were able to Skype with Kyle. It was so much fun! The boys loved being able to see him and talk to him. He is doing such a great job!
Later we were able to Skype with Aunt Dana and Uncle Tim's family. They all looked great! We even got a tour of their new house!
Justin reserved us a room at a Bed & Breakfast a few days after Christmas. We ended up staying in the same room and everything that we stayed in on our honeymoon. Can't believe we have almost been married 7 years! It ended up snowing like crazy so as soon as we got packed up we came home. The canyon was horrible, but Justin couldn't wait to get home to snowmobile with my dad! The boys went and played in it too, and tried to build a snowman.
Hope everyone had a great Christmas, can't believe another year has gone by!

Easton's Pre-School Program

Easton had his Pre-School Program. Last year he didn't sing at all, so this year I told him he HAD to sing. He did so good! He sang and did the actions. It probably helped that Jerzie was sitting by him :) It's always fun to see everything that they have been learning and to hear the music to the songs he has been singing at home.
Easton and Jerzie watching the slide show
Easton and Jerzie ended up switching places, because they held hands to come back from doing the parachute!
Always have to have a visit from Santa. Last chance to making sure he knows everything they want. All Easton would tell him is, "I don't know." Ha :)

Easton Turns 5

Easton turned 5 last week! I can't beleive it. Seems like yesterday that I was holding him in my hospital room after a c-section. Now he is 5!! Crazy!! He really wanted to have a train-birthday cake, which he had last year as well, so I decided to do one out of Fondant. It turned out well, and he loved it! He really wanted to do something with all of the cousins, so we decided to have the Party at the Swimming Pool! Awesome Idea! Everyone had a blast, and Easton only almost drowned two times! Luckily dad was there to save him. Pretty sure it gave my one student a heart attack the 2nd time (He's a life guard). Autumn

This week was a good one! On Monday I watched Addy and Sky. The boys were so excited to have someone to play with. I left the kids for a few minutes to make a bottle for the other baby I was watching and came back to the 3 big kids snuggled up on the recliner watching Dora. Too cute! Wednesday we went to Price to the Carbon/Emery Boys Basketball Game. It was a great game, except that Emery lost :( Afterwards we went to Smiths so I could do some shopping! I got some really good deals, and Mason wanted to take a picture with everything! Friday the boys and I headed up Provo to be with the Justin and his FFA student. They were attending a convention so we decided to go with. The boys always love staying in hotels, and it's always nice to get away for awhile. We didn't get much shopping done but we did have a lot of fun. The boys even got to see Santa and Mrs. Claus at the craft store. Mason was so eager to sit on his lap. Easton was hesitant, but couldn't let his little brother be braver than him!
This week is Easton's birthday, and his Pre-School program. Should be a busy week! I'm making a fondant cake for him :) Can't wait!

...November...

It's been a busy month, but I didn't take any pictures reallly... At the first of the month, my cousin Ann got married. She asked me to take their wedding pictures. I was super excited, I love taking pictures and being able to edit them. I think they turned out well considering the location! Thanks Ann for letting me do them :)
Justin went Elk Hunting and ended up not getting one. He had a fun time hunting though!
Justin and I got to go to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. It was a great time! We loved the entire show, and it lasted for 3 hours!! We will definently make it a yearly tradition. After the show we ate at Joes Crab Shack and it was soooo yummy!
We had Thanksgiving at home this year. Erik and TroyLynn were able to eat with us. It was a good day. That night we went to Wal-Mart at midnight to do the Black Friday thing. We all got some good deals, and Justin only had to fight a few people :)
On Friday after Thanksgiving we stayed at the Little America with Justin's Family. We did our yearly Christmas party. We had a great time with everyone and the kids had a blast playing. The next day we took the kids to Build-A-Bear and had fun. That will also become a tradition.
We also ended up going to a Jazz game on the 29th. (The tickets came with the TSO tickets). We took the boys this time and they had a blast. Justin spoiled them by buying them each a jersey. Mason clapped and cheered through the entire game. Easton was a little bored, but I think he enjoyed himself. We had a blast, and can't wait to go again. The boys have been wearing their jerseys non stop since them and have even wore them to the High School Basketball Games:)
