Part 4- 2012

4th of July with the cousins in Huntington.  We caught a lot of candy and had tons of fun.  (Ash, Sky, Austyn, Easton, Mason, Addy, Jewel, Jenny, Brighton)

Mason decided he wanted to be Donkey Kong one day.  This is what he came up with and was very proud of himself.   After this we hid the Easter Eggs.
He also came up with this new outfit.  Must run in the family, because I'm sure I have pictures of Easton doing the exact same thing!
For Tacie's birthday we went and met everyone at the Hogle Zoo, and then had a party at a park for her.  It was fun to see the new exhibits, and we got to watch them train the elephants.  Swayzie loved the animals, and so did the boys.

We spent the night with Bryan and Meghan and then rode Trax down to City Creek Center. It is a new outdoor mall that the church built. It is really neat.
Swayzie ended up getting another ear infection so we ended up having to put tubes in her ears.  Even though it was 6:00 am and she hadn't had anything to eat for a long time, she was all smiles.
When she came out of surgery she was screaming.  I couldn't do anythign to get her to calm down.  She finally fell asleep exhausted. You can see her hair is sweaty for all the crying.
Once she woke up and had a bottle she was as happy as could be, and we were released.  She hadn't learned to crawl yet, and I wondered if it was because of her ears.  As soon as we got home from the hospital she crawled across the floor!!

Poor Mason got a blocked duct in his eye. It was so miserable. He ended up needing antibiotics to fix it.
Daddy worked hard and got a road put in to our house. Swayzie and I helped by riding with him.

Swayzie won the chubby cheeks contest at the Emery County Fair. She won a photoshoot!   We love those cheeks!

Meghan and Bryan had their little boy Reef.  We went and stayed with them and helped with the kids and stuff. He is sure a cute little guy!

Watching Emery Football in the rain!
Jet-skiing for the last time at Joes Valley. Swayzie loved walking in the water, and the boys love riding the jet-skis

Mason's first day of his last year of preschool.  He got to be in Darlene and Glenys's class again!
Being a cowboy like Grandpa!   He found Erik's old chaps and boots.  Sure is a cute little cowboy.

Easton played soccer. He was on the green team and had a lot of fun. He loved being the goalie and stopped some really close goals!

We went to the circus with Bryan and Meghan and my mom.  It was so much fun.  It was so impressive the things that they could do.  I really love it!

For FHE we hauled rocks off of our road so that we could put down gravel. The boys were such hard workers, and we got the job done quickly.   They had a lot of fun riding in the bucket of the backhoe while dad lifted them up and down.

Part 3- 2012

Easton loves to cuddle with Swayzie. Swayzie loves to cuddle with Easton.
Swayzie and Meah relaxing in the stroller while we played a game of Ladderball.

Justin took us to a Bees Baseball Game for my birthday. Bryan and Meghan came along. It was a lot of fun, and the boys go their mitts signed. Mason was pretty disappointed that he didn't catch a fly ball.
Justin and I got to be in our first yearbook together!!! First of many more to come!

We took the boys to their first dentist appointments.  Both boys had cavities, but they were so tough!

On of our fun art projects that I found on Pinterest.  Mason loved the fingerpainting.  Easton is too much of a perfectionist to love this activity!

Swayzie and her first real pigtails.
Justin had a conference in Tooele.  We went along and had a great time.  The boys and I went and explored and met Meghan, BryLee and Sawyer at the Aquarium.  It was a fun 3 days.

Justin won $100 in Wendover, while at the conference, so on the way home we stopped and pierced Swayzie's ears.  She only cried when I held her head still.  She has done really well with them, and I'm glad we did it when she was little.

Poor girl had an ear infection for 3 months.  She had been on a bunch of different antibiotics and nothing was helping. Her dr. had her come everyday for 3 days and get a shot, in a last effort to get rid of it.   She handled it so well, and in return she got her first doll.

We spent A LOT of time at the pool this summer.  We went at least 2-3 times a week, sometimes more.  I think we went at least 17 times.   Every Thursday we would meet all the cousins there and have a fun afternoon.
The boys couldn't get enough swimming so when Grandpa bought a big water trough, they talked him into filling it up for awhile in the yard.  They had a great time swimming in it.
