Halloween 2008

We went Trick or Treating tonight. They boys were so excited to go. Easton was a combination of Handy-Manny, and Bob the Builder. Mason was an archery hunter. Justin and I decided to get in on the fun, and dress up as a duck hunter and a beat up hockey player. We went to Clawson and went on their hayride. The boys made quite the haul of candy! Easton had a lot of fun, and kept asking if we were going to another house! P.S. It was funny, because even after we put make up on Mason,
he still looked the same.... DIRTY!!!

Fun on the Desert

Justin's parents and little sisters came down this weekend to visit. We decided to take them out to the desert, so they could see how awesome it was. We all had a lot of fun, and went on a fun hike. On the way home we spotted a bighorn sheep and got some really cool pictures of it. It was only about 50 yards away from us. That was really awesome. I love living in Emery County and having all of this in my backyard!

Brothers...

Last Sunday we needed to get out of the house for awhile. Both boys had colds (stupid flu shots) and it warmed up enough to go out. They both just love Annie, and she doesn't mind the attention. Even Mase pinching her, and pulling her hair. Notice that Easton has his tongue sticking out, that is what he does when he is concentrating really hard. Way too cute! I love my dirty boys!

Pumpkin Painting

So for Family Home Evening last week, we decided to paint pumpkins. It was alot of fun and both of the boys enjoyed it. Easton put so much paint on his that it took a good 4 hours to dry. I think Mase's favorite part was getting to eat the paint. Anyways, they turned out great and we had alot of fun doing them.

In the memory of a best friend

This last week has been really rough on me. I found out that one of my best friends from High School had passed away in a motorcycle accident. I just couldn't believe it. During High School we were always together in our group. It never was just one of us, it was always all of us. I have so many memories of Chase and the entire group of friends. Chase had the best smile and the best laugh. Whenever I picture him, I think of his smile. He is going to be missed by everyone. We all love you Chase.

My Missionary Brother

So my little brother is serving in Lousiville, Kentucky. He has been out for 16 months now. We all sure miss him. These are some pictures that we just got in the mail from him. Enjoy!! Don't worry it isn't real! That is the smile I sure do miss! I'm sorry, but that is just gross and wrong. Erik, we all miss and love you! Good job on what you're doing! Can't wait to have you home again!

Happy Birthday Mason!

Tomorrow is Mason's 1st birthday. We had an extended family party today. We decided to do a 'Fish" Theme. Anyways, all the kids ended up going home with a goldfish. Hope their parents are not too upset with me for adding a family pet. Mason had a hard time at first, but eventually got over his stanger anxiety. He got so many neat things and now the trick is getting his big brother to let him play with them. Tomorrow we will have another party with just us. Can't believe he is already 1. The Fish Cake He wanted to grab the flame on the candle so bad! Easton and Grandma had to help blow the candle out. Licking the frosting off of the fish! I love my little MaseEating Cake. He didn't like very much!
MMMMMM!

Opening Presents. Ripping things up is one of his best qualities!

The vibrating made him just laugh and laugh!

True Boy, He loves Tractors!

The boxes are always better than the toys!

He thinks he needs to climb on EVERYTHING!

Mason we love you so much. You are such a wonderful baby and little boy. You bring joy into each of our lives. We love your little smile and dark eyes. Always know your family loves you!
