Part 3- 2012

Easton loves to cuddle with Swayzie. Swayzie loves to cuddle with Easton.
Swayzie and Meah relaxing in the stroller while we played a game of Ladderball.

Justin took us to a Bees Baseball Game for my birthday. Bryan and Meghan came along. It was a lot of fun, and the boys go their mitts signed. Mason was pretty disappointed that he didn't catch a fly ball.
Justin and I got to be in our first yearbook together!!! First of many more to come!

We took the boys to their first dentist appointments.  Both boys had cavities, but they were so tough!

On of our fun art projects that I found on Pinterest.  Mason loved the fingerpainting.  Easton is too much of a perfectionist to love this activity!

Swayzie and her first real pigtails.
Justin had a conference in Tooele.  We went along and had a great time.  The boys and I went and explored and met Meghan, BryLee and Sawyer at the Aquarium.  It was a fun 3 days.

Justin won $100 in Wendover, while at the conference, so on the way home we stopped and pierced Swayzie's ears.  She only cried when I held her head still.  She has done really well with them, and I'm glad we did it when she was little.

Poor girl had an ear infection for 3 months.  She had been on a bunch of different antibiotics and nothing was helping. Her dr. had her come everyday for 3 days and get a shot, in a last effort to get rid of it.   She handled it so well, and in return she got her first doll.

We spent A LOT of time at the pool this summer.  We went at least 2-3 times a week, sometimes more.  I think we went at least 17 times.   Every Thursday we would meet all the cousins there and have a fun afternoon.
The boys couldn't get enough swimming so when Grandpa bought a big water trough, they talked him into filling it up for awhile in the yard.  They had a great time swimming in it.

Part 2- 2012

Justin and I are Jr. Advisors, so we are in charge of helping with Jr. Prom.  Swayzie was able to go to her first prom with her dad, and stay out until midnight!
 Loving her new Bumbo Chair.
We went to Richfield for 3 days with Justin and his FFA students.  We were able to go bowling with them, Mason and Easton had a blast!

The boys started Emery County wrestling.  They love it, and they both do really well.  They were especially happy when they got their singlets!
They had a tournament at the High School and Easton took 1st place, and Mason took 3rd! They did awesome for it being their first tournament!

Justin and Kaylie at Aunt Tiffiny's new house.  We went and visited when Grandma Arletta passed away.  Justin talked at her funeral and did an amazing job! We sure miss her!
The boys and their final medals from the season.

Grandpa made Easton a R-2 D-2 hat out of an icecream bucket!
Tiffiny and I at a family cookout at Uncle Jim's house.  The boys had fun playing with all their Nielsen cousins.
Somehow Daddy talked Mommy into buying the boys a PW50.  They sure love it. Easton had a hard time riding it because he hadn't mastered riding a pedal bike without training wheels.
We ordered our houseplans!!! Big decision making, and a lot of stress. But we love the one we ended up chosing!
We took Easton to the High School where he could ride on flat ground.  He took off immediatly and never looked back.  As soon as he could do it on a bike he took off on his motorcycle. He is quite the little rider!
Swayzie transitioned to her big girl bed, and loved the added room.
Easton came home from school one day as the Easter bunny.  I loved the mask so much!
 Swayzie's Easter Dress
Swayzie learned how to sit up all by herself, and she was so proud.  You can see the concentration in her face though!
The boys worked hard all school year and earned their Liberty Kids Award.  They had to do a lot of service, as well as memorize quotes.  They were able to shake the Govenors hand. A very neat experience for both of them!

2012 All In One!! (part 1)

I used to blog EVERY week.  That was until sweet, little, time-consuming, Swayzie entered our lives.  Now I'm lucky to even be able to check my email, and that's only because it is on my phone.   I feel horrible that I haven't documented every exciting thing that has happened this year, especially with a new baby, but I did at least take pictures!!!   We had an amazing year, with a lot going on, and a lot of fun things happening.   Since today is New Years Eve, I guess I'll make a resolution right now to do better!!! Here's to 2013!!!

We went to a lot of wresting matches.
We didn't miss very many Spartan Basketball Games.

Uncle Erik got a new puppy named Bear for Christmas.  Mason loves animals, and really loved Bear.  Until he grew so big that he just knocks you over!
Easton is such a good helper with Swayzie and loves to hold her!

For our 8th anniversary we went and stayed in SLC and went to a Grizzlies game.  On the way Justin got pulled over for speeding. Luckily, the officer gave him a warning, because he was taking his wife somewhere.  We took the kids with, and met up with Bryan and Meghan.

At two months old, Swayzie had enough hair to put in into pigtails.

Poor Mason was trying to climb over a fence and he slipped and fell and ended up hanging from the barbed wire by his armpit.  His feet were off the ground. Easton ran and got Grandpa's attention. When I got home from work I looked at the cut and it was really deep. We ran him to the clinic and luckily it was a clean enough cut that it just needed to be butterflied together.

 I love me kids!!
Swayzie and her Valentines Day outfit!
Snowmobiling and sledding up Cottonwood Canyon.  Swayzie loved it, and so did the boys!
