Seriously, could life be any busier?? Life is so crazy right now, we barely have time to eat dinner let alone blog!! Luckily, Swayzie is still asleep so I have a few minutes!!!
I watch Addy and Sky on Mondays and Fridays, and pick them up from school Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I then take them to Kristy at work. I love that as soon as we walk into my classroom all three girls grab a white board and a marker and start coloring!
The boys some how talked me into getting 6 more chickens. We are now up to 11! They are sure cute though. They have been loved on so much that they aren't too hard to catch.
I took the boys to the Gunnison wresting tournament while Justin stayed home to tag steers for Stockshow. They did just a great job!! Although I think their sister may have been around too much wrestling this year!
All three of the 1st graders on the team took 1st place (Mason Stilson, Monte Christiansen, Easton). They walked around like this for a long time saying, "1st place 1st graders"
Easton took 1st in his bracket!
Mason also took 1st
We took 15 kids down there and came home with 14 1st place!! Emery All Star Wrestling is amazing!
Two cute boys, who totally rocked it!
Workers got all the forms put up for the basement!
We went camping for 3 days for Easter. Bryan, Meghan, Alicia and kids all came as well. We had a great time, and the kids played and played and played. It was warm the entire time which was awesome!
We had a few weeks of really warm weather. I was loving dressing Swayzie in her summer outfits. Too bad it only lasted a few days!
Window wells put in!
Garage forms poured!
The first weekend of April we went to Panguitch for State Wrestling. It was a great time and our team did awesome! Most everyone placed 1-3. Easton ended up wrestling a really hard kid the first bout, and lost which automatically put him in the bracket for 3/4. He ended up taking 3rd! He did such a great job! Mason did awesome and only lost his last match which placed him 2nd. I'm so proud of them, especially for it being their first year doing it!
Before it all started the team was down warming up. There wasn't any of our coaches down with them. They were counting off, stretching, practicing moves, and then all the sudden they all grouped up into a huddle. They had decided as a group they wanted to say a prayer. Talk about a tear jerker. I am so proud of these boys, and that in the middle of everything that was going on, they turned to their Father in Heaven to give them the extra help. What an amazing moment!
Doing chores with cousins!!!
We stopped at Payless to look for some shoes for the boys. Swayzie found this hat and purse and put it on. She threw and absolute fit when we left without it!
1st load of lumber!
Basement walls formed!
Main floor put on and ready! They got all of this done in 2 days!
Stairs done!
Swayzie is such a good eater. So different from the boys. She sure loves her pudding!!
For Easter she got a couple My Little Ponies. She loves them and is constantly playing with them on her lap and on the table.
I went to Logan for 3 days to help chaperone the FFA. While there Bryan, Meghan and family came to visit. Tiffiny and girls came, and Tiffany Funk also came. It was great to see them all!
While in Logan they got all the walls put up, again in 2 days! It was awesome to come home and actually walk through things and see where stuff was going to be!
Garage slab poured
Front porch slab done.
We went to Nephi to meet Justin's family so that Kimberly could open her mission call. She is going to Taiwan We are so excited for her!
Swayzie decided her pony needed to wear shoes too.
Mason's best friend moved. He has had a hard time with it and really misses him. I find things like this constantly. They will be written on pretty much anything and everything!
We have started playing baseball 4 nights a week. Easton is in kid pitch, and it is so difficult. Talk about long games, but it is so much fun to watch when they get a hit or a play!
Sky loving on the chickens.... Okay, she hated every minute of it, but smiled long enough for a picture!
Swayzie has became quite the drama queen. If she gets upset she will put her hands over her face and cry. Or if she is mad, she'll cross her arms and just glare at you!
We watched Van while Erik went to work and Brianna was at a Women's Conference. He and Swayzie decided they needed shoes on!
This last week they got all the trusses done, put on, and the sheeting on the roof. They again did this all in two days with a team of 2-5 guys! Amazing!
Fireplace!! I'm so in love with it!
Tired after waking up too early.
She loves to ride! She will sit on this for a long time and pretend to drive. She is going to be a farm/country girl!
Mason is in Machine Pitch and is doing a great job. He is so focused on the game and always gets a few hits.
We are going to have a busy few weeks, school gets out next Friday, we have all the activities with that, we have to have the house wired (Justin is doing it), Kim is going through the temple, Kyle is getting married, Justin has ag meetings, I have girls camp, birthdays, temple trips, Gymnastic reviews and normal daily life!! Whew! Love being busy!
